Important Terms & Conditions – Please Read Carefully
All products sold under QART are custom-made and personalized as per customer specifications (such as name, photo, text, design, or size).
• No Cash on Delivery (COD):
COD is not available for custom-made or personalized products. All orders must be prepaid.
• No Returns / No Refunds:
Since every QART product is specially made for you, returns, refunds, or exchanges are strictly not allowed once the order is delivered.
• Order Confirmation Responsibility:
Customers are requested to carefully review all personalization details before placing the order. QART will not be responsible for errors approved during order confirmation.
• Damage or Defect Policy:
In the rare case of damage during transit or a manufacturing defect, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. Resolution will be at QART’s discretion.
• Order Acceptance:
Placing an order with QART confirms that you agree to all the above terms and conditions.
