  • Vendors fulfilling international orders must comply with Indian export laws and any foreign data protection laws applicable to their shipments.
  • Vendors are solely responsible for using secure, legal channels for international shipping and customer data handling.
  • Quexer is not liable for delays, customs issues, or legal actions related to cross-border shipments.
  • Vendors fulfilling international orders must comply with Indian export laws (including holding valid Import Export Code and AD Code registration) and any foreign data protection laws applicable to their shipments.

7.2 Buyers
