At Quexer, a marketplace operated by Graphgate Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and equal opportunity environment for all vendors, including third-party sellers and in-house brands.
This Vendor Fairness Policy outlines how we ensure unbiased operations across the platform.
1. Equal Opportunity for All Vendors
All vendors have equal access to listing and selling on Quexer.
We do not favor any vendor based on affiliation, including our own in-house brands.
Our systems are designed to operate on neutral principles, focusing on product relevance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Vendors without GSTIN are permitted to sell only within their registered state and are subject to the same compliance rules as all other vendors.
2. Transparency in Policies
We ensure clear communication of all platform policies, including commissions, fees, and services.
Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.
Vendors have access to relevant analytics, including sales performance and customer feedback, to support informed decision-making.
3. Fair Listings and Rankings
Product visibility and ranking are determined based on objective criteria such as:
- Product relevance
- Customer reviews and ratings
- Order fulfillment performance
- Compliance with platform standards
No manual intervention is provided to influence rankings or visibility for any vendor.
4. Pricing and Competitive Fairness
Vendors retain full control over pricing and promotional strategies.
Quexer does not impose pricing restrictions unless required by applicable law.
Participation in promotional programs is optional.
5. Dispute Resolution and Vendor Support
Vendors can raise concerns regarding platform behavior, payments, or fairness through the support system.
All complaints are reviewed impartially, and appropriate action is taken where necessary.
Quexer reserves the right to make final decisions in disputes related to platform operations.
6. Data Privacy and Protection
Vendor data, including sales performance, pricing strategies, and customer interactions, is treated as confidential.
In-house brands do not have access to third-party vendor data beyond what is publicly visible on the platform.
7. No Retaliation Policy
Vendors will not face penalties, reduced visibility, or restrictions for raising genuine concerns or reporting violations.
We promote an open and fair ecosystem for all participants.
8. Policy Updates
This Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in platform operations or legal requirements.
Vendors will be notified of significant updates in advance. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
