Welcome to Quexer! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our multi-vendor marketplace platform. By accessing or using Quexer, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.


1. Definitions

  • “Quexer” refers to the multi-vendor marketplace platform operated by us.
  • “User” refers to anyone accessing or using Quexer, including buyers and vendors.
  • “Vendor” refers to businesses or individuals listing and selling products on Quexer.
  • “Buyer” refers to individuals purchasing products through Quexer.
  • “Services” refers to the marketplace platform, payment processing, logistics, and customer support provided by Quexer.

2. User Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their country.
  • By registering, vendors affirm they have the legal right to sell their listed products.
  • Buyers affirm that they will provide accurate information and comply with all purchase terms.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

  • Users must provide accurate details when registering.
  • Vendors must submit valid business registration documents where applicable.
  • Quexer reserves the right to verify and approve or reject accounts.

3.2 User Responsibilities

  • Users must maintain account security and confidentiality.
  • Unauthorized access or misuse of another user’s account is prohibited.
  • Users are responsible for all activities under their account.
  • Quexer Marketplace verifies vendors to maintain a secure selling environment; however, we do not independently verify product descriptions, claims, or policies provided by vendors. Customers are encouraged to carefully review product details, specifications, and seller policies before making a purchase. If you need additional information or clarification, please contact the vendor directly using the “Get Support” option.
  • Quexer is not responsible for any discrepancies between the listed product details and the actual item received. Any disputes regarding product quality, features, or seller policies should be resolved directly with the vendor as per their stated terms.

3.3 Refund & Return Impact on Payouts

To ensure smooth management of refunds and returns, the following policy applies:

  • Vendor payouts will be held for a minimum period post-delivery to allow for customer returns and refund requests.
  • If a customer returns a product due to damage or other valid reasons after the payout has already been processed, the vendor must refund the amount back to Quexer’s company account within the stipulated time frame.
  • Failure to return the refunded amount may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
  • Vendors are encouraged to maintain product quality and packaging standards to minimize returns.

4. Vendor Obligations

  • Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and taxation laws.
  • Vendors are responsible for product descriptions, pricing, and ensuring product authenticity.
  • Prohibited items, such as illegal or counterfeit goods, are strictly banned.
  • Vendors must fulfill orders promptly and handle customer disputes professionally.
  • Vendors are strictly prohibited from directly contacting customers without prior written consent from Quexer. All customer interactions must be handled through Quexer’s official communication channels. Any unauthorized communication may result in penalties, including suspension or termination of the vendor’s account.
  • Vendors are solely responsible for accurately updating order statuses. If a vendor mistakenly marks an order as ‘Refunded’ or makes any incorrect status changes, Quexer will not be liable for any resulting financial losses or disputes. Vendors must verify all order updates before confirming changes.

5. Buyer Obligations

  • Buyers must ensure payment details are accurate and valid.
  • Buyers must comply with Quexer’s return and refund policies.
  • Fraudulent transactions or misuse of the platform will lead to account termination.

6. Payments & Transactions

  • Payments are processed through third-party gateways.
  • Quexer does not store payment information and is not liable for payment failures.
  • Vendors receive payouts based on the agreed-upon schedule, minus platform fees.

7. Shipping & Returns

7.1 Shipping

  • Vendors are responsible for shipping products in a timely manner.
  • Buyers will receive estimated delivery times based on vendor shipping policies.
  • By default, Quexers Shipping may take 1 to 8 days, depending on the selected shipping method and delivery location. However, the delivery timeframe may vary based on the vendor’s specific shipping policy.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • All our products include free shipping by default. However, for certain items, customers can choose between free and paid shipping options during checkout.
  • Paid shipping rates are set by the individual vendors and will be clearly displayed before placing the order.
  • Vendors are required to provide complete shipping details for each order, including the tracking ID and tracking URL, to customers through our platform. This ensures transparency and allows customers to monitor the delivery status of their orders in real-time.

7.2 Returns & Refunds

  • Return and refund policies vary by vendor. Buyers should review vendor-specific policies before purchasing.
  • Vendors must process refunds in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.

7.3 Vendor Responsibilities and Liabilities

  • Accurate Information: Vendors must ensure all product listings, including shipping details, are accurate and up-to-date. Failure to provide correct information may result in additional charges.
  • Shipping Fees Due to Vendor Errors: If Quexer incurs extra shipping fees due to vendor misconfiguration or incorrect information, Quexer reserves the right to charge the vendor for these additional costs, including applicable taxes.
  • Indemnification: Vendors agree to indemnify and hold Quexer harmless from any losses, damages, or expenses arising from their failure to comply with these responsibilities.

7.4. Backorder Policy

For Customers:

  • If a product is marked as Available on Backorder, you should contact the vendor using the Get Support option on our platform before placing the order.
  • This helps confirm product availability and estimated delivery time.
  • If you place an order by mistake and do not receive timely updates from the vendor, you can contact Quexer Support for assistance or a full refund.

For Vendors:

  • Vendors must clearly communicate the estimated restock and delivery time when a product is on backorder.
  • If a customer contacts Quexer due to a lack of communication, the vendor is obligated to issue a full refund.

Role of Quexer:

  • Quexer will step in to support the customer if the vendor fails to respond in a reasonable timeframe i.e. in 24 hours.
  • Quexer ensures the customer receives a full refund in such cases, and the vendor must honor this policy.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Engage in fraudulent transactions.
  • Post false or misleading product information.
  • Use Quexer for illegal activities.
  • Violate intellectual property rights.
  • Disrupt or interfere with platform operations.

9. Compliance with Laws

  • Vendors must adhere to local and international business regulations.
  • Users in India must comply with the IT Act, GST, and Consumer Protection Laws.
  • GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection laws apply to relevant users.

10. Intellectual Property

  • Vendors retain ownership of their content but grant Quexer a license to display it on the platform.
  • Users must not copy, distribute, or use content without permission.

10.1 Responsibility for Digital Content

  • Sellers are solely responsible for the content, quality, security, and accuracy of digital products listed for sale on Quexer.
  • It is strongly recommended that sellers protect sensitive digital products (such as eBooks, PDFs, or downloadable media) through methods such as password protection or watermarking before uploading them to the platform.
  • Quexer facilitates the listing and sale of digital products but does not encrypt or otherwise alter seller-uploaded files.
  • Sellers understand and agree that once a digital product is purchased and delivered to a buyer, Quexer cannot control how that product is used or shared.

10.2 Digital Product Licensing and Usage

  • All digital products purchased on Quexer are licensed to the buyer for personal use only, unless otherwise stated by the seller in the product description.
  • The buyer agrees not to copy, modify, resell, redistribute, publicly share, or otherwise make available any purchased digital product without explicit written permission from the seller.
  • Violations of these terms may result in immediate suspension of the buyer’s account, removal of access to Quexer services, and potential legal action.

10.3 No Guarantee of File Protection

  • While Quexer takes reasonable steps to maintain a secure marketplace,
  • we do not guarantee absolute security for digital files stored or transmitted through our platform.
  • Sellers and buyers acknowledge and accept that Quexer cannot be held liable for unauthorized access, distribution, or misuse of digital products after delivery.

10.4 Seller Best Practices

We encourage all sellers of digital products to follow these best practices:

  • Password-protect sensitive digital files.
  • Clearly communicate access instructions (such as passwords) to buyers after purchase.
  • Limit file sharing permissions where possible.
  • Use unique, strong passwords for different products.

10.5 Services Disclaimer

  • Quexer provides a platform for independent vendors to offer services, including but not limited to consulting, coaching, advisory, or educational sessions.
  • Quexer does not own, manage, oversee, or guarantee any services offered through the marketplace.
  • All services are provided solely by third-party vendors who are responsible for their content, quality, compliance with applicable laws, and the outcomes of their services.
  • By purchasing any service through Quexer, buyers acknowledge and agree that Quexer is not a party to the service agreement.
  • Any claims, disputes, dissatisfaction, or damages resulting from services are solely between the buyer and the vendor.
  • Buyers are advised to exercise due diligence and judgement before purchasing or engaging any services.

10.6 Vendor Responsibility for Services

Vendors offering services on Quexer represent and warrant that:

  • They possess the necessary qualifications, certifications, and licenses (if required) to provide the listed services.
  • They will perform services professionally, lawfully, and in good faith.
  • They are solely responsible for any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the services they provide.

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quexer from any and all claims, losses, or disputes arising from services offered or performed.

10.7 Limitation of Liability for Services

Under no circumstances shall Quexer be liable for:

  • The quality, accuracy, legality, or results of any service provided by a vendor.
  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from a service engagement.
  • Any personal or business loss, legal dispute, or harm resulting from advice, consultancy, or services purchased through the platform.

Quexer’s role is limited to providing a digital marketplace for connecting buyers and sellers.


11. Limitation of Liability

  • Quexer is not responsible for vendor products or third-party services.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform access and are not liable for technical failures.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for a disputed transaction.
  • Quexer acts solely as a facilitator between sellers and buyers.
  • We are not the owner, manufacturer, or creator of the products listed by third-party vendors.
  • All claims related to digital product quality, security, or infringement are solely between the seller and buyer.
  • By using Quexer, you agree that Quexer shall not be liable for any loss, unauthorized access, misuse, or damages arising from transactions involving digital products.

12. Termination & Suspension

  • Quexer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
  • Vendors found selling prohibited goods may be permanently banned.
  • Users may request account deletion by contacting support@quexer.com.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes between buyers and vendors must first be resolved between the parties.
  • Quexer may mediate disputes but is not liable for resolutions.
  • Legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, India.

14. Amendments to Terms

  • Quexer may update these terms periodically.
  • Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform announcements.
  • Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
